This paper and pencil course provides high school students with a dynamic and engaging introduction to physical education through a mastery-based curriculum. Students explore a wide variety of individual and team sports, rhythmic activities, and movement-based practices that support physical literacy and lifelong wellness. Emphasis is placed on skill development, technique, and active participation in a supportive, student-centered environment.

Throughout the course, students build leadership and teamwork skills while learning the value of sportsmanship and goal-setting.
