Art Foundations – Term 1 - 4 (sold separately) 

This workbook course provides students with a broad introduction to the visual arts, focusing on developing foundational skills in art creation, media exploration, and visual literacy. Students learn essential techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media while applying the elements and principles of design to their work.

Throughout the four terms, students explore the contributions of diverse artists across cultures and time periods, gaining a deeper appreciation for artistic expression and creative thinking. They are encouraged to analyze and interpret art, reflect on their own creative choices, and make connections between art and the world around them.

By the end of the course, students will have expanded their artistic skillset and understanding of aesthetics, built confidence in their creative abilities, and developed a lifelong appreciation for visual art in both personal and cultural contexts.
