About the Course
This course, U.S. Government 9, Book 2, is intended for students who want to earn extra credit or for credit recovery. The content includes key points contributing to the American experience, with special attention to the creation of political parties, the Bill of Rights, domestic issues, educational policies, foreign and defense policies, and other governmental decisions that impact the United States and the world.
The book offers two kinds of review assessments for students at the end of every chapter.
● Fill-in-the-Blank: These questions consist of a phrase or sentence where a student provides the missing word or words. Fill-in-the-blank assessments review for recall of terms and concepts from every chapter module.
● Multiple Choice Questions: MCQs questions examine a student’s ability to read carefully and thoughtfully while using a student’s ability to recall and reason. These questions are used to support deeper conceptual gains.
